His Razor Talk Community FAQs
Is registration free? Yes it is! Registration on the His Razor Talk is entirely free, and you will not be asked for any payment at any time. In addition, we will never try to sell you anything. This community is solely for sharing opinions and understanding how a variety of select consumers feel about shaving products.
Now I've joined the His Razor Talk Community, what happens next? As a community member you will be asked to participate in polls, online discussion boards (forums), take surveys and from time to time possibly take part in an online focus group. First, we'd like you to look around the site and see what the site has to offer. Please feel free to offer comments on Forum topics, take polls, upload a photo or avatar, personalize your home page, comment on other people's posts, share ideas, etc.
How often will I be invited to take part in some type of activity – discussion, survey, poll, etc? It will vary throughout the year. However, we anticipate that there will be new opportunities weekly for you to take part in. In addition, you can post discussions related to shaving products at any time or comment on others posts. You can upload photos of products or nature or other things that you feel represent shaving products to you or you want to share with community members, or the community manager.
Will you try to sell me something? No, the information you share with us is purely for marketing research purposes to help manufacturers provide better products. Under no circumstances will we try and sell you anything or ask you to buy a product or service in order to participate in this community. You may at times be given a product to try, but we will not ask you to pay for the product.
How long do I have to answer a forum discussion, survey or poll? This varies depending on the particular activity, but we typically would like you to answer in a few days if at all possible. We know sometimes people are busy or away so we often keep activities open for a week unless there is a particularly time sensitive need. If you miss a few of activities over the year, that is totally fine, we understand life gets hectic at times. You can provide your input on the next activity!
How long do I have to answer a forum discussion, survey or poll? Our system is based on points earned through participation in polls, forums or special group activities (these group activities are more sporadic and if you qualify to participate in the special groups you will be notified via email).

What happens to my opinions and feedback? All the questions you answer, comments you make on topics, discussions you join or start, will provide information that we will combine with what we find out from other community members. This combined information will help manufacturers build the best shaving products. Over time, we hope you will be able to notice changes in products that could possibly have been guided with the help of your input!
